1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data We Collect

We may process name, surname, phone number, e-mail, vehicle data, VIN, article number, OEM number, part name, request text, history of requests and orders, payment status, amount, date, payment identifier, technical data, IP address, cookies, user-agent, device, browser, operating system, visit date and time, referral source, UTM tags, analytics data, correspondence, and consent records.

We do not store bank card details.

During authentication, the Client provides an e-mail address and phone number. The login code is sent to the e-mail address. The phone number is used as an additional account identifier, for Service-related communication, abuse prevention, and, subject to separate consent, informational messages. Until separate SMS or call verification is introduced, the phone number is treated as provided by the Client but not independently verified as belonging to the Client.

VIN and vehicle data may be stored in the Client profile if provided by the Client. Such data is used to identify the vehicle, speed up auto-part search, generate more accurate search queries, and keep request history.

3. Purposes of Processing

Data is processed to register and authenticate Clients, attach a phone number to an account, confirm login by e-mail code, provide information and analytical services, identify a vehicle by VIN or provided parameters, generate search results, provide support, process payments, issue self-employed taxpayer receipts where applicable, maintain security, analyze and improve the Service, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing communications where separate consent has been given.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable, legal bases may include consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and other bases permitted by applicable law.

5. Processing and Data Retention

Processing may include collection, recording, storage, organization, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction. Data is retained for as long as necessary for the processing purposes, contract performance, legal compliance, and protection of rights.

6. Disclosures and Providers

Data may be shared with payment providers, hosting providers, e-mail services, analytics tools, CRM systems if used, technical contractors, and public authorities where legally required.

7. International Data Transfers

International transfers may occur if foreign technical providers are used or if the Client is located outside Russia. Such transfers are limited to what is necessary and are handled to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Client Rights

To the extent required by applicable law, Clients may have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. Requests may be sent to info@detailjust.ru.

9. Security

We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, limit access to personal data, and use measures against unauthorized access.

10. Changes
