Public Offer Agreement for Information and Analytical Services This public offer governs the paid information and analytical service provided through Detailjust at detailjust.ru. 1. Service Provider Service Provider: Tolmosov Nikita Sergeevich, a self-employed professional paying tax on professional income in the Russian Federation, Taxpayer ID [add taxpayer ID], city/region Krasnodar, Krasnodar Krai, Contact e-mail: info@detailjust.ru. 2. Definitions Service means the website and software tools of Detailjust hosted at detailjust.ru. Client means an individual using the Service and paying for information and analytical services. Service Delivery means searching, selecting, filtering, analyzing, and structuring information about auto parts offers available from open Internet sources. Result means a report, table, CSV file, or list of found offers with links, filtering parameters, and Service comments. 3. Subject Matter The Service Provider provides information and analytical services, and the Client pays for them under this offer. The Service Provider does not sell auto parts and does not participate in any purchase transaction between the Client and third parties. The Service Provider provides only information and analytical services for searching, selecting, filtering, and structuring data from open sources. 4. Acceptance The offer is accepted by registration, submitting a request, paying for search packages, clicking a payment button, or any other action clearly confirming acceptance. 5. Service Description The Client may provide vehicle or part data, including make, model, year, generation, modification, engine, body, VIN, article number, OEM number, part name, and request text. The Service searches open sources, filters and structures the information found. The Service does not guarantee availability, price, quality, authenticity, compatibility, delivery, delivery time, or purchase possibility of auto parts offered by third parties. 6. Request and Result The request is submitted through the website or another agreed communication channel. The Result may be provided through the website, as a file, link, table, CSV, or message. The service is considered delivered once the Result has been generated and made available to the Client, regardless of whether the Client purchases anything from third parties. 7. Price, Payment, and Receipt The price is shown on the website or payment interface. Payment is processed by a payment provider. The Service does not store bank card details. Where required by Russian law, the Service Provider issues a self-employed taxpayer receipt and sends it to the Client or makes it available through the payment provider. 8. Timing Delivery time depends on the request scope, open-source availability, and third-party technical conditions. Unless otherwise agreed, the Result is generated within a reasonable time after payment and receipt of necessary information. 9. Refunds and Cancellation The Client may cancel before performance starts and request a refund. After processing has started, a refund may be limited by actually performed work and incurred costs. After the Result has been provided, the service is considered delivered. If the Result does not match the request parameters due to the Service Provider's fault, the Client may request correction or a reasonable refund. Claims must be sent to info@detailjust.ru. 10. Responsibilities The Service Provider acts in good faith, uses available open sources, and provides the Result in the agreed format. The Client must provide accurate data, verify information with sellers, assess purchase risks, and comply with applicable law. 11. Liability Limitations The Service Provider is not a seller, supplier, agent, commissionaire, representative of stores or marketplaces, or intermediary in any sale of auto parts. Links to third-party websites are not purchase recommendations. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party sellers, stores, marketplaces, delivery services, payment providers, or changes to third-party information after the Result is generated. 12. Claims, Changes, and Law Claims must be sent to info@detailjust.ru with request or payment details. The Service Provider may amend this offer for future relationships.
