Payment, Service Delivery and Refund Policy

The Client pays for information and analytical services, not for auto parts. The service consists of searching, filtering, analyzing, and structuring information from open sources.

Payment is processed by a connected payment provider. Payment is considered made when confirmed by the payment provider. The Service does not store bank cards.

Where required by Russian law, the Service Provider issues a self-employed taxpayer receipt and sends it to the Client or makes it available through the payment provider.

The Result may be provided as a report, table, CSV, list of links, or message. Once the Result is generated and sent or made available, the service is considered delivered.

Before performance starts, the Client may cancel and request a refund. After processing starts, refund may be limited by work already performed. After the Result is provided, refund is not available except where the service was improperly performed.

If the Result does not match the request parameters, the Client may request correction or refund under the Public Offer. Claims must be sent to info@detailjust.ru.
